The cement column spiral drilling machine is a spiral drilling equipment developed for the construction of various types of prefabricated cement columns. It is specifically designed to solve the industry pain points of manual excavation of cement column pits, skewed pits and holes, substandard depth, and high rework rate.
The cement column spiral drilling machine is equipped with a high torque powertrain, which has strong and stable power output. It is not easy to get stuck or shut down when drilling under load, and has stable performance during long-term continuous operation. The spiral drill rod is made of thickened manganese steel and welded with spiral blades. The drill bit is embedded with hard alloy cutting teeth, which are wear-resistant and impact resistant. It can smoothly drill into loess, clay, cement hard soil, gravel containing interlayers, and weathered soil layers. The spiral blades have smooth soil discharge and are not easily stuck or blocked. The drilling has high verticality, the drilled holes are round and regular, the hole walls are dense, and they are formed in one go. Most working conditions do not require manual secondary pit repair. After drilling the holes, the cement columns can be directly lowered to meet the engineering acceptance standards of cement column burial depth and verticality.
